First Stage:  Balanced Diaphragm. The balanced diaphragm mechanism allows for ease of breathing and consistent performance while protecting internal moving parts from the environment. Lightweight Construction The Titan’s unique forged body uses less brass, making it more compact and lighter weight than other regulators. Polyurethane Purge Cover Rugged, durable polyurethane purge cover is abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, minimizes inhalation effort, allows easy water purging, and helps protect against shock. HP/MP Ports and "T" Shape 2 HP ports (7/16”) and 4 MP ports (3/8”), perfectly oriented in a “T” shape for streamlined hose positioning, reduced exhalation effort, and sending bubbles out of your field of view. Water Retention Open-yoke screw helps prevent water retention.

Second Stage: Comfo-Bite mouthpiece is soft yet sturdy and reduces jaw fatigue with its unique palate bridge. Reusable Clip: Perform quick and easy mouthpiece changes using the removable, reusable clip. Clipped Deflector: Simple maintenance made possible by a reduced number of components and easy access to the exhaust valve through a clipped deflector. Deflector also splits up bubbles to decrease noise and protect the valve from expiration. Venturi Knob Easy control: the in-line ergonomic Venturi knob lets you make precise adjustments, even while wearing gloves. Polyurethane Purge Cover: Rugged, durable polyurethane purge cover is abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, minimizes inhalation effort, allows easy water purging, and helps protect against shock. Material Strength: Made of strong polycarbonate. 

Free Parts for Life Program (Regulator Service Agreement)

The Free Parts for Life Program allows the customer to receive free parts when the regulator is due for overhaul. Free parts consist of the normal replacement items as found in the Regulator 1st & 2nd Stage Service Kits. Labor charges are not covered. Assuming the program guidelines are followed, the Free Parts for Life Program will apply to the life of the regulator and will significantly reduce the cost of ownership. This program is in addition to the standard product warranties outlined in the owner’s manual. The Free Parts for Life Program is a commitment by you (the Regulator owner), your Aqua Lung Dealer and Aqua Lung. To participate, you must be the original owner and have purchased the regulator from an Authorized Aqua Lung or Apeks America Dealer. The regulator must be brought to an Authorized Dealer at least once a year for inspection or overhaul according to the below schedule:

Year #1: Inspection

Year #2: Overhaul

Year #3: Inspection

Year #4: Overhaul

Year #5: Etc.

To keep the Free Parts for Life Program active, both inspections and overhauls need to be documented in the Annual Service & Inspection Record included in the Owner’s Manual CD or the Record can be found online.
