When submitting your order, please specify whether you want a replacement physical card, or a new eCard.

We will also need your full name (including middle initial), date of birth, mailing address, email address, your original certification number if available and in some cases an updated photo. If more than one certification has been issued, we will need to know which certificication you require the card for.

Once ordered, Water World will reach out to you if any required information is not provided, if there are any questions, or if we are unable to locate your original certification.

PROJECT AWARE and other special edition cards may require an additional fee.  If you want one of these cards, please let us know, other wise the standard physical card will be our default.
